Right, can anyone tell me what this wormy like thing is.  Found it on a rock near my pool.

It could be a  Rat-tailed Maggot, the larvae of hoverflies.

Morning Mum.  I have found out it a Nematomorphs      parasite.  I added s link to my video of it, but I guessed admin would have to remove it, they did.  Horrible thing., NOt admin the wormy thing
