HI ALL  
I AM new here hope some one may be able to help

i have a merry tiller rotavator 3hp briggs and srtaton
that was not runing

i have changed petrol
cleaned fuel tank
cleaned jets
new spark plug
new filter

it now starts but wont tick over at all
i dont no what the turns on air srew or mixture scew are ment to be
my carb is the one with the funny bar whith sping on top for the throttle

Hi Madmark,
     Set up both screws by screwing in to closed position then back off both screws 1  &                                    1/4 turns.You can then fine  tune by slight adjustment on one screw at a time.
