Reading of what people call "mix up" meals it reminded me of a meal at college. It was called "Spanish Casserole" because there was always one huge onion in the middle of the serving dish feeding 8. The other ingredients were anything that had not been consumed for breakfast that day and at dinner the night before.

An interesting meal that some placed bets on :tongue2:..... kidney? bacon? lamb? pork? in most combinations all surrounded by a thick cornflour enduced gravy.

Delicious.....
