And I thought we wouldn't get any more!

absolutely love them! :) And the tiny marmosets are a fav for us :)
I raised a giggle once looking at a small monkey (don't ask me which one i can't remember) in a 'house' with windows.. it came running up to the glass and kind of glared at me.. made me laugh and as they'll mimick you occasionally i mimicked his glare... only for him to jump at the glass and frighten the **** out of me! he / she got the last laugh. Followed shortly by my OH and eldest! lol
Not something i'll follow if we end up with a pet monkey!

 they don't get the nickname cheeky for nothing! :)

The most amazing monkey related thing i saw was a display in the natural history museum in london some years ago (about 3 or 4). They had a display just pictures of monkeys faces (chimps) wiht name, age and some brief history. They were truly amazing the fact that like us they were unique and you could really see their eyes, happy, sad, whatever.. their expression said so much. Something i hadn't really taken into account when i'd watched them. They also ranged from babies up to definate OAP status. it touched me emotionally i must admit.
