Oh really? The description sounds tasty - a cross between almonds and coconuts...

I have read that it is possible to germinate/sprout them from dried ones and grow these on which is obviously a lot cheaper than buying plug plants like this

The ones i tried were dried , worth a try to see if they sprout. Have not tried fresh tiger nuts so they may well be tasty ! :)

Going to (hopefully)  try some fresh chick peas this year !

I used to love Tiger Nuts. Natural sweetness, not unlike half dried out chestnuts only slightly less chewy
