Brought this nuttybut squash home to ripen.

You'll have to take my word that it weighs in at 11 1/2lb. Had to use the bathroom scales and the display won't stay on long enough for a piccie!

Looks incredibly shiny! Did you polish it DD?   :unsure:

(Hope it tastes better than my 4lb 2oz "courgette" which finished up in the compost bin; a bit like eating expanded polystyrene but much more disappointing!)  :(

We pulled a parsnip  :D and chopped up it filled my spud pan  :blink:

We came home ith another 12 crown prince, ermm anyone know a good chutney that would use 30 of them  :ohmy:

also picked 5 turnips and sat looking at how sad and empty it all looks  :(
