I have a Howard gem with a 12hp Kohler engine fitted, can anyone help as I'm looking for used parts such as crankshaft and con rod or a complete engine

I have bought from tillerparts in the past - not sure if they are still going though, he has sheds full of engines and parts.

hi try  Meetens ltd they do engine spares for kohler jap bsa    jezza

never used meetens so cant comment but from experience kohler parts for k series are expensive and usually come from america and have an import duty as well .there are some uk suppliers on ebay but are pretty limited.may even be worth putting honda gx 390 engine on it ,at least part are easy to get and a lot cheaper than kohler.acer
